revard Room is named for the County in which the Crane Creek Inn is located.  Ideal for Honeymoons, Anniversary's and Special Occasions. A nine foot full view door opens to the screened verandah which overlooks the pool and river. This very large room, with an ornate Queen bed and decorated with roses features a double headed shower, pedestal sink and your own private entrance to the front porch.
	da May Room is named after one of the many ferry boats that, at the turn of the century, carried people from the City of Melbourne across the Indian River Lagoon to Melbourne Beach.  Enjoy your own 2 person 'Jacuzzi' whirlpool tub.  Cherry wood queen bed & hardwood floors. French doors to the covered deck.  The room is located on the first floor of the Old House away from traffic flows. This room is perfect for that personal celebration.
tlantic Room enjoys the gorgeous pool and river views. Built in 1998 of solid concrete, located pool side. The Atlantic Room is decorated with a native Island flare with tiki & bamboo accents, tile floors, a dinette table, & mirror tinted windows. Light the clay chimney candle & relax on the king size sun bed.  The Atlantic Room offers privacy yet great water views!
	elbourne Room is named after our fair City of Melbourne.  Located down by the river's edge and the hammock. Private and direct riverfront best describes this room. With a King sun-bed, tiled floors, tub and shower and an outside porch.  This room is away from it all.
eritage Room is our rustic room accented with Americana and Canadiana pine and ash furnishings.     Heritage is our pool & riverside suite.  Built in 1996 with a full kitchen (stove, refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker, utensils) dinette area, king size bed and queen size sofa bed.  Mirror tinted windows allow for privacy and great water views! The Heritage is our largest room (600 sq. ft.) at the Inn and great for an extended stay.  Click Picture
PAMPER YOURSELF EXTRAS

• Our rates range between $100 and $199 per room, per night, plus applicable taxes.  The Heritage Room has a pull-out queen sofa/couch which will accept two additional persons.  The rate for each of the additional people is $25.00 per person, per night.

• A 50% deposit, or the cost of one night’s stay, whichever is greater, will hold your reservation with balance due upon arrival. Two night minimum on weekends and two or three night minimum on holidays.

• Crane Creek Inn Waterfront Bed & Breakfast is a small inn and consequently cancellations affect us significantly. Cancellations made up to two weeks prior to your arrival will result in a full refund of your deposit. Cancellations made in the two weeks prior to your arrival will result in forfeiture of your deposit. Should it be necessary for you to depart earlier than your confirmed date, you will be responsible for the full amount of the intended stay unless we are able to book all nights.

• We are a non-smoking Bed & Breakfast. For the safety and pleasure of our guests, smoking is reserved for outdoor areas only.

• We are an 'Adult Only' Inn, and as such, no one under the age of 18 years is allowed.  If you have guests come to visit you at the Inn, for the benefit of the other guests, we ask that they do not bring children.

• Check-in is 3:00 to 6:00 p.m. Arrangements can be made for late arrivals. Check-out 11:00 a.m.

•       Visa, Mastercard, Diner's Club, Carte Blanche, American Express, Traveler's Checks (Cheques) and, of course, cash accepted.

• We accept well-behaved dogs in two of our rooms at a charge of $10 per day, per pet.
